Christ and other wisdom teachers lived from donations, from offerings given out of authentic love and concern, of empathy for those who live simply and selflessly. Donations or alms would be given into a bowl or other small receptacle or a piece of worn woolen cloth, and this could be food, or coin or a shawl to ward off the cold. In return, actually not in return, but as an always-present giving, the wisdom teachers would emanate blessings from their very God being and spiritualized aura. My ministry and life are one, and donations are what sustain the spiritual healing, teaching and light work that I’ve dedicated my life to. My life is very simple, even spare, unlike many church ministers or spiritual teachers, and donations given through the loving grace of those who support my service or have benefited from my help and gifts does indeed sustain my spiritual life and service ministry to many others.
